What are we doing?

 

Ramp Group recently made big strides to follow the industry standards of quality control set by Toyota. We closely follow the problems and inefficiencies of our existing systems and then redesign new systems on the Toyota model of Total Quality Control to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Kaizen, or continuous improvement, is used in every area of the Company to always look for a better way, to increase quality and efficiency and reduce costs. The Company continually reviews its targets and achievements to ensure that it continues to delight the customer.

Companies of size similar to Ramp Group usually would not follow such high standards and tough norms of quality control and assurance. We pride ourselves on these factors as this proves to be one of the key differentiators for Ramp Group amongst its competitors.
